Reservations:
To secure reservations, either a major credit card or a deposit of one night’s lodging must be paid in advance.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to check in, or one night will be charged against your deposit.

All Rooms are
Non-smoking.  There will be a $100 cleaning fee charged for violation of this policy. You are welcome to smoke outside.

Extended Stays & Group Stays: Inquire about discounts. A deposit of 25% is required for extended stays. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to check in for extended or group stays.

Full Payment is due at time of check in. No refunds on early departures. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Sorry, No pets allowed. Any damages resulting from you or anyone in your party will be billed to your account. Rooms are for registered guests only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
